Nobu Next Door, the iconic 3 Star restaurant next to Nobu New York, is debuting an inventive new Brunch menu for the first time ever.
Among the savory new dishes being introduced are Nobu's interpretation of "Bagels and Lox" with Crispy Rice, "Chicken Karaage with Green Tea Waffles and Pecan Miso Butter", "Washu Pastrami with Jidori Egg", "Blueberry and Yuzu Soba Pancakes," "Sobagaki Oatmeal," "Lobster and Grits," "Scrambled Egg Donburi" and various other items.
Signature Brunch Specialty Cocktails such as "Ume" (Nobu Plum Sake with Fresh Grapefruit), "Bliss" (Hokusetsu Sake, St. Germaine Elderflower, coconut Water), and "Mandarin Mimosa" (Mandarin Juice topped with Champagne) will be offered to complement the Brunch menu.
Also being served will be Nobu's signature dishes such as "Black Cod with Miso," "Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño," and "Tiradito Nobu Style," as well as the diverse selection available from the Nobu Sushi Bar and Raw Bar.
Brunch service will be available on weekends from 11:30 AM to 4 PM. Dinner service will start at 5 PM and continue to midnight on Saturday and 10 PM on Sunday.
